Currently, we are open for business in two countries besides the United States—Mexico and the United Arab Emirates (UAE)—with the United Kingdom (UK) coming soon.
Being open for business in a particular country means that a person in that country who is interested in signing up as an Independent Business Associate (able to receive commissions from business volume generated by Preferred Customers, Retail Customers, and Independent Business Associates in his or her network) can do so under the parameters set up in accordance with the country’s regulatory statutes. CONDUCTING BUSINESS INTERNATIONALLY
Until we officially open a country for Simplexity Health’s network marketing opportunity, there are two classifications of customers:
- Preferred Customers (PC’s)
Preferred Customers save 20% on product purchases simply by agreeing to an automatic order (AutoShip) of at least US$40 wholesale that is conveniently shipped directly to the person on a regular basis, usually the same day of each month. - Retail Customers (RC)
Retail Customers choose to purchase our products without committing to an AutoShip. Retail Customers may order Simplexity Health products at retail prices at any time, with no monthly obligation.
Registering as a new Preferred Customer or Retail Customer requires having a sponsor. A sponsor is somebody who is already an Independent Business Associate (IBA) with Simplexity Health. In most cases, this will be the person who introduced the customer to the products. If a person wishes to buy products but does not have contact with a Simplexity Health Independent Business Associate, the company will gladly provide the name of a conveniently located IBA who will gladly serve as a sponsor. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
- Simplexity Health has a 90-day return policy. For all return shipments, the purchaser is totally responsible for any return shipping costs, as well as any duties charged for re-entry, and the return must occur within the 90-day period. Any such charges incurred by Simplexity Health will be deducted from the amount credited for the return.
- Depending on the shipment destination, additional charges may be levied at the time the package reaches its destination. Any additional cost for Customs clearance, duties, taxes, or any other charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Orders over US$150 will be shipped via Global Express Mail, which includes tracking capabilities and insurance.
